六合之家 employees have the ability to make edits to their confidential personal information easily from the secure, web-based .
Employees can edit or view their payroll specific information through Employee Self-Service such as:
- Paycheck advices
- Direct Deposit accounts
- W-4 Federal, State, and Local Tax Withholding
- W-2 Tax Documents
Direct deposit and tax withholding information is captured in Employee Self-Service and securely electronically submitted to the payroll department. Paper forms are no longer required for the submission process.
| EFFECTIVE JUNE 14, 2021: To provide additional online privacy and security of employee data available in Self Service, employees will be required to use 六合之家鈥檚 VPN to access Employee Self Service when off campus unless accessing this platform through Remote Desktop.
