Since 2021, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness has continued to expand its role in promoting evidence-based planning and improvement across the university. In support of this mission, we focus on enhancing data-driven decision-making through comprehensive academic program reviews, institutional assessments, and accreditation processes. Our efforts are aimed at fostering continuous improvement, ensuring that programs align with institutional goals and standards. Additionally, we manage the student course ratings system, providing valuable feedback to inform teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
Mission
The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) is to provide strategic management of cross-collaborative projects and initiatives that support student success and institutional coherency.
IE accomplishes its mission by facilitating the planning, implementation, monitoring, adjusting, and evaluation of strategic projects and initiatives that improve and demonstrate responsibility for the organization鈥檚 overall performance.
